Pre-Order Policy

As of 02/05/2024, requests to cancel pre-orders will be considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. 

A pre-order product is an item we have made available to purchase before the release date as a means of securing stock. When placing an order for a pre-order product, please consider the following:

- If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the order until the pre-order item's release date before shipping. We recommend placing separate orders if you do not wish to wait.

- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped when we receive the stock so they arrive as close to the release date as possible.

- The release date may be subject to change without notice.

- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% when cancelling pre-orders. This will be deducted from the total refund. Please take this into consideration when pre-ordering.
